Warm Monday in Delhi


New Delhi, Nov 18 (IANS): It was a warm Monday in the national capital. The maximum temperature recorded was two notches below average at 27 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast similar weather Tuesday.

"There will be fog in the morning, but the sky will remain clear and the day will be warm," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The maximum and the minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 27 degrees Celsius and 12 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Monday's minimum temperature was three notches below average at 9.2 degrees Celsius.

The maximum and the minimum humidity was 95 percent and 34 percent, respectively.

Sunday's maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 26 degrees Celsius and 11 degrees Celsius, respectively.
