Koncab rocks! Discipline and rules of kalanjali 2013 were nice. But some scope of improvement and strictness required esp in fancy dresses.there's a wide audience of range of people from kids to teenagers and teenagers and adults. There were some disgraceful scenes in some entries like fancy dress group of dum maro dum ..a man depicting women in bad taste.. we need to be careful. I hope koncab will bring more rules regarding this.
