Warm, sunny Tuesday in Delhi


New Delhi, Dec 3 (IANS): It was a sunny, warm day in the national capital Tuesday as the maximum temperature settled at 27.6 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average. Similar weather is in store Wednesday, the Met office said.

"There will be light mist early morning tomorrow (Wednesday)... the afternoon would be sunny and warm," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD)

The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 27 and 9 degrees Celsius.

Tuesday morning was pleasant and the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.2 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year.

Monday's maximum temperature was recorded four notches above season's average at 28.4 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled a notch above season's average at 9.8 degrees Celsius.
