Polling ends in Delhi


New Delhi, Dec 4 (IANS): Balloting for the Delhi assembly came to an end at 5 p.m. Wednesday, an official said.

Polling began at 8 a.m. for the 70-member assembly.

A total of 810 candidates battled it out in the polls in which over 11.9 million voters were eligible to exercise their franchise. Ballot count will be held Dec 8.
