Mangalore, Apr 22: Girish Kumar, the prime accused in the February 8 Nainesh murder case has been denied bail by the sessions court.
Girish along with his friend had murdered Nainesh, brother-in-law of notorious Yaddu on Ferbruary 8. Thereafter they had thrown Nainesh's body near the helipad at Maryhill.
Girish had gone absconding thereafter. But the police had finally managed to arrest him at the KSRTC bus stand. He was produced before the court which had in turn remanded him to judicial custody.
Girish had filed a bail plea in the court which has now been rejected by sessions judge G V Hegde.
