Mangalore, Apr 23: The Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy has invited applications for its research project on folk traditions of Navayit, Kharvi and Kudmi communities. The eight-month project includes six months of field work and 2-month preparation of the final report. Those interested in research works can apply with details of their age, address, education qualification, work experience and the name of their chosen community.

Applications can be submitted to the Registrar, Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy, MCC building, Lal Bagh, Mangalore. Last date to accept applications is May 10.
