Mangalore: Bike-bus collision at Neermarga injures two

Mangalore, Dec 11: A man lost his hand in a collision between his bike and a bus at Neermarga on Tuesday December 10. Another person too was injured.

The injured have been identified as Madhu (34) and pillion rider Shivanand. Both have been admitted to SCS Hospital in the city.

The bus with the name Usha Travels, on route number 21, bearing the registration KA 19 AC 4122, was on its way from Neermarga to State Bank. The bus that was moving recklessly went on the wrong side and collided head-on with the bike.

The locals who rushed to the spot, admitted the duo to SCS Hospital in the city.

A case was registered in Mangalore rural police station.

    The route No 21A also had thrown a lady out of the bus on nathoor down nearly with multiple injuries. The owner of Roshni travels was found to influence the police from media coverage. God save these passengers from Neermarga drivers.

    The Mangalore police knows mostly all buses are driving rashly. Now the civic bodies must employ more persons to check the speed of all buses and save many lives. There should be procedure to complain in all areas, especially the passenger know which bus ran fast and high speed on which day?

    This bus Usha travels route no 21 have seen this bus everytime drivivng rash, Once I had told the trafiic police also at bikarnaktte cross tht he is drivivng rash on worng sides but the traffic police didn't care & said "he is getting late for his trip,you take care of yourself". His permit should be cancelled.
