Mangalore, Apr 26: There's almost a month ahead. Still there is lot of time to plan your schedule. But, mind you, put the date on your digital diaries or mark it on the wall calendars today.

For this is going to be something unique to happen in the Middle East. The 'Mango Madness Show', A entertainment show for Mangalorean and Goans , will be held in the Ballroom of Marco Polo Hotel in Deira, Dubai on May 25, 2006.

The proceeds of the festival will benefit the Child Relief and You (CRY), an Indian foundation for children, the authentication of which, if found necessary, can be had from Susan Varghese, senior manager, global operations, CRY, in New Delhi.

And one does not necessarily have to hail from Mangalore or Goa to be part of this festival. Being mad enough for mangoes is just the basic requirement!

Entry is limited to 300-400 guests. Not that there are only these many mango enthusiasts around. But, for reason of space constraints, the entry is being limited. It is only the early birds who will grab the seats.

There will be live entertainment and authentic Goan and Mangalorean cuisine for good measure.

It is all the fruit of labour on the part of Vanessa Rasquinha and her team. She says they would be able to accomplish this task only with support by way of sponsorships from high-calibre business firms. She already has the experience of having organized a couple of such events, which were highly successful. Their success has motivated her to hold events like this regularly.

The sponsorship levels for the MAN-Go show are as follows:

Sponsors at the Platinum Level (Dhs.5,000) are entitled to 

• Receiving acknowledgement as a "Leading Sponsor" in our main banner or any advertising materials.  
• Banner display.
• Sponsors at the Gold Level (Dhs.3,500) are entitled to: ·   
  Small banner inside the event as well as on the flyer.
• Sponsor company's brochures displayed.
• Sponsors at the Silver Level (Dhs.2,000) are entitled to: 
  Small Banner inside the event and name on flyer.
• Sponsors at the Bronze Level (Dhs.500) are entitled to: 
  Display of name on flyer or alternatively any form of vouchers could also be given for the Raffle draw winners.

The organizers would appreciate kind contributions, however small, to make this event a success and to help the CRY foundation.
