Dubai, May 2: Emirates Pangalites  an association of the parishioners of Shankerpura (Pangla) St. John the Evangelist Church residing in the UAE, will celebrate  their  3rd  anniversary  Programme  on Friday 26th May 2006 at President Hotel Dubai. The   celebration will start at 10:30 am and will continue till 5.30 pm. The programme will include cultural programme, live band, skit and great stage shows along with grand buffet lunch.

Speaking to Daijiworld Correspondent  Joel Quadras Cultural Secretary  of association said that the entertainment and cultural programmes will be held for different age groups on this occasion.

'Rhythms', the popular music band in dubai is performing live at this Emirates Pangalites anniversary celebration.  The troupe will play some sensational music in Konkani, Tulu and Hindi is indeed the star attraction of the event.

But real enticement of the event will be a The ancient and traditional folklore art of Karnataka “Yakshagana” directed by Dolphy Dmello shankerpura, will be a sure memorable part.
