Mangalore, May 12: "Tasty Collections", a popular recipe book by Lolita Crasta, daughter of noted Konkani author Victor Rodrigues Angelore is now available in English also.

The first edition under the title "Tasty Collections" in Konkani was published in February 2006.  Encouraged by an overwhelming response and also a demand for an English version, Lolita has been emboldened to publish it in English.  The book is now available in Konkani and English.

Lolita has no literary publications to her credit.  However right from her childhood she had taken a keen interest in culinary art, which she learnt from her mother and nurtured  and developed by collecting a wide range of recipes from different sources and trying them out.

The book includes a variety of recipes of Indian and Chinese dishes, sweets, cakes, kuswar etc.  The recipes have been compiled and tried out by Lolita Crasta.
