Udupi, May 18: The world famous Shri Krishna Math here is said to be in the black list of terrorist.  Accordingly Math has sought for special security measures from the administration.

However, the district administration had refused to provide a round-the-clock security to the temple but had said that it would extend its full support if the Math plans to arrange its own security personnel.

So Math had invited applications for the post of the security guards couple of months ago.  Thereafter 15 persons were selected who are now being trained in a separate place.

The sources said that the guards will be appointed near the Math as well as on the roads leading to the math.  Though the Math has planned to erect gates in some places especially in the ever-busy Car Street, the public are against this plan.

The sources also said that the Math will provide uniform, food and accommodation to the security personnel.
