KV Developers launches Rs.300 crore residential project


New Delhi, Jan 29 (IANS): KV Developers, real estate arm of KV Group, Wednesday launched a residential project in Greater Noida that is estimated to cost around Rs.300 crore.

Addressing a media conference here, director of KV Developers Aman Agarwal said the company has got all the required regulatory approvals, including environmental approval, for the project.

“The construction will begin soon and the project will be completed in three and a half year,” Agarwal said.

Spread over approximately five acres of land, the project will have seven towers with units varying from two bedroom hall and kitchen (BHK), 3BHK and 3BHK servant room spanning an area of approximately 995 to 1,505 square feet.

The price ranges from Rs.3,200 to 4000 per square feet. Located in Greater Noida west, the project - named Wind Park - is the flagship project of KV Developers.

“Master plan for Wind Park has been uniquely designed in a manner to provide wide wind corridor for optimum air circulation and cross ventilation which would be beautifully-landscaped with one of the best design firms specializing in this domain,” said Agarwal.

“Moreover, we are committed to hand over this masterpiece by the middle of 2017,” he added.
