Mangalore, May 21: The Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd (KRCL) has provided an interactive voice response system (IVRS) for reservation and other inquiries at Madgaon and Udupi railway stations to enable customers in Goa and Karnataka to enquire about reservation and other information, according to a press release on KRCL's website.

Konkan Railway customers in Goa can dial 1330 to reach any of the four numbers from 2700693 to 2700696 provided by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.  In addition, customers from outside Goa can dial two direct numbers 2700730 and 2700697 for enquiries.

Customers in Dakshina Kannada telecom district between Mangalore and Shiroor can access the IVRS facility by dialing 1330. This will connect the customer through any of four BSNL numbers 2522808, 2522814, 2522967, 2522971.

Customers in Uttara Kannada can access the IVRS facility by dialing 0820-2522808, 0820-2522814, 0820-2522967, 0820-2522971, 0820-2524533 and 0820-2524733.
