Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 5 (IANS): Indian IT firm IBS Software has inked a new tie-up with Japan-based All Nippon Airways (ANA).
ANA is one of Asia's largest airline groups in terms of revenues, and the tie-up will be for the implementation of two next-gen solutions to manage passenger reservations and flight operations of Vanilla Air, ANA Group's new low cost carrier, a company release said Wednesday.
IBS' iCargo solution already manages nearly 70 percent of the air cargo movement in and out of Japan.
IBS' iFly Res solution will cover all aspects of ticketing and the second solution, iFlightLite will take care of both the fleet operations and crew management requirements in a single system.
These solutions will be provided on Software as a Service (SaaS) model and will be hosted out of IBS' Japan data centre.
IBS is the leading provider of new generation IT solutions to the travel, transportation and logistics industries world-wide and operates out of twelve business centres in the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
