Mangalore, May 26: "Jirah Lights", the largest luminary showroom of South India was inaugurated on Thursday May 25 by Fr William Gonsalves at Brigade Plaza on Kudmal Ranga Rao Road here.
Fr Valerian D'Souza, principal of St Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor invoked God's blessing on the occasion while former MLC and noted social worker Octavia Albuquerque led the prayer.
Managing director Thomas George Kuttukappalli, partners John D Menezes, directors Dilip and Praveen Menezes too were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion director Dilip said that "Jirah Lights", the glittering galaxy of world's finest lights and luminaries boasts of extensive floor space and houses international favourites in chandeliers from all over the world. Other than lights and luminaries, water heaters, fans and other electrical equipments of some of world's famous brands too are available at Jirah Lights.
