Two killed in Bihar over dance dispute during marriage


Patna, Feb 26 (IANS): Two people were killed and one critically injured at a marriage function in Bihar's Bhojpur district when two groups opened fire at each other after a tiff over the demand for a dance, police said Wednesday.

The incident took place late Tuesday at Agiyav village, about 60 km from here, an officer said.

"After dispute over dance on demand, two groups opened fire at each other in which Chotu Kumar and Yogendra Prasad were killed and one man was seriously injured," he said.

The case was lodged Wednesday morning and the investigation was being done, police said.
