Kundapur, Jun 1: When human power fails, we take recourse to God. The same happened here. The nature’s fury has taken the sleep from the eyes of the residents of the sea shore. Sea erosion has been rampant and solution seems far away.
Divine help is what the people plead and thus have involved themselves in a campaign to recite the Sri Vishnu Sahasrantirna.
Headed by the Sevasangam Trust the campaign will be extended to Mangalore and Kasargod districts. The belief is that any natural disaster can be averted with the mass recital of Vishnu Sahasmnama.
At selected places programmes will be organized in the DK and Kasargod districts where the recital will be conducted.
