New Delhi, March 6 (IANS): A drug peddler has been arrested here with heroin valued at Rs.1.5 crore, police said Thursday.

Ishwar Lal, 22, was arrested from east Delhi's Patparganj area Tuesday, when he had gone there to meet one of his clients to supply drugs.
