Manish Sisodia's car attacked in Gujarat

Ahmedabad, Mar 6 (PTI): A car carrying AAP leader Manish Sisodia was attacked by unidentified men on Himmatnagar highway in Sabarkantha district of Gujarat today, the party alleged and claimed the attackers were BJP workers.

"Some unidentified men threw stones at Manish Sisodia's car on Himmatnagar highway," AAP Gujarat spokesperson Harshil Nayak said while Sisodia tweeted after the incident that "our car attacked by BJP goons in Himatnagar (Sabarkantha)."

However, Sabarkantha SP Chirag Koriadia said "his car was not stopped by anybody, it seems that there was no attack. What Sisodia claims is somebody threw stones from behind, we are investigating it".

Local police said there was no damage to the car.

"If BJP leaders think they can hide corruption in Gujarat by attacking my car, then they are underestimating the power of Aam Gujarati", Sisodia said on Twitter.

Yesterday, Arvind Kejriwal's car was attacked by BJP workers in the Kutch district.

Kejriwal and other AAP leaders are touring the state to "verify" Chief Minister Narendra Modi's claims of development.

    BJP will go to any extent, not only throwing stones on innocent people, but even immobilizing them through other goonda acts when they are about to be exposed. And it is not new in Gujarat under Modi where they are terrorizing middle\poor class.
    Here all the more fear, because AAP wants to expose Modi's lies of Gujarat shining. He is not going to meet Kej. anytime before the LS Elections for a debate on Gujart and his so called developments there. If he does, that will be the end of his dream to become PM.

    Some followers of Modi are extremely nervous here as they find Modi's credibility is taking a beating lately. These followers are blindly following Modi same like many people blindly follow some swamijis like Asaram etc. There is no difference. They are ready to give up anything for these Fekus and later start realising how dumb they were...

    Modi's popularity is decreasing day by day and his supporters frustrated. Modi was winning the election in this way only. There is no democracy in Gujarat. Those who talk or vote against Modi, they will be harmed. At any cost we Indians have to stop Modi from becoming Prime Minister.

    Scripted act written,directed and acted by AK and his bunch of anarchists.It is just shooting an arrow at the dark.All these days and coming days also you will hear many more these type of baseless and proofless allegation and thewy very well know that the public memory is very short.Congress is happy to shoot from AK and AAP shoulders.Surprised how long they can fool the people.Not a single allegation they made against the opposition is proved and backed by any evidence.In delhi they claimed that Arun Jaitely offerd some amount to topple the government,in Gujrath they say AK arrested,now they say stone thrown and AK insist authorities to arrest him to get media coverage and national attention.No body knows now what happened to his corruption campaign against UPA and his big list.He could not manage small state like Delhi for 50 days and aiming big now.All the best AK you are the only honest and straight forward person in this world

    If BJP is willing to stop the corruption and seeking development it should have accepted the principles and supported to AAP.The principles of the AAP is appreciated all over India. Why either BJP, congress or other parties have not thought of "JAN LOKPAL" bill in 65 years of Independence? Why they have not accepted "ANNA HAZAARE'S demand immediately?Trying to attract people by religious impression or communalism is the main weakness of our leaders. Our main manthra should be the eradication of corruption from Panchayath to Parliament.

    Even though BJP is not afraid of Congress it is too much afraid of AAP because an estimate shows that even if AAP snatches away just 2% of BJP votes also then BJP would lose at least 50 seats to the second rank party and their dream of coming to power will be smashed.
