RSS to file complaint with EC against Rahul Gandhi

Mumbai, Mar 7 (PTI) : Irked by Rahul Gandhi’s remark accusing “RSS people” of having killed Mahatma Gandhi, the Sangh has decided to initiate legal action against him and lodge a complaint with the Election Commission.

“Legal action will be initiated against Rahul Gandhi for his irresponsible utterances linking RSS with Gandhi’s murder. Complaint will be filed with EC too,” RSS spokesperson Ram Madhav tweeted.

While addressing a rally in Thane district, the Congress vice-president had alleged that it was “RSS people” who had killed Mahatma Gandhi.

“RSS people killed Gandhiji and today their people (BJP) talk of him...They opposed Sardar Patel and Gandhiji,” Mr. Gandhi had said in his speech.

    Dear Daiji Secularists, please note that Supreme Court also lifted the ban on RSS stating that it has no role in Gandhiji's murder.
    Is it not contempt of court that you people are blaming RSS for the same purpose. Wake up guys

    Nathuram Gidse was a RSS man and its a well known fact that when Gandhi was shot RSS thugs celebrated and distributed sweets.

    RSS has the dirty habit of 'USE & THROW', once the culprit from RSS is caught Sanghi rats disown him, we can see how they have now disowned Swami Aseemanand.

    Diggi once upon a time used to bark Bull $**t against Ghadkari. Once notice from the court, he is sailent now for ever & the congress has outsources Diggis job to Kejriwal.

    Why The United States of America and Japan are friends and allies, even after ped/throwing a nuclear bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and for what they ped/ threw bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

    Both are separate nations.

    Where as within India for one person/one organization should the whole country become an enemy for the mindless act of RSS.

    vincy, from your comment it is clear that you don't have basic knowledge of Gandhis or history. Mahathma Gandhi was from vysya family in Gujarath whereas fake Gandhi family hijacked the surname after Indira Priyadarshini Nehru married a farzi by name Feroze Gandi. Still you and million others think that fake Gandhis are related to Mahatma Gandhi.

    Good move!! only courts can decide who is the culprit!!! If RSS is involved in assassination of Gandhi then RSS should be banned. But if the court gives clean chit to RSS, Congress will never stop blaming RSS & Modi!!!

    Yes, you are right, the court gave clean chit to RSS on mahatma Gandhi assassination case, and the court has also given clean chit to Modi on 2002 massacre. But there is one SUPER SUPREME COURT,THE JUDGE OF THAT COURT KNOWS THE FACT AND HE DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY EVIDENCES.

    Mani, YOU ARE WRONG. Murderer Modi hasn't faced the full force of law, neither has he been prosecuted in a court of law..

    Modi has NEITHERBEEN TRIED OR EXONERATED, for his role in the violence in Gujarat in 2002. The legal argument to date has centered on whether he should stand trial.

    A Special Investigation Team (SIT) appointed by the Supreme Court questioned and investigated, but Modi and his henchmen lied and hid the facts.

    In fact ex top cops and legal experts noticed a large number of logical and factual errors in its report, choices to ignore important pieces of evidence.

    Had the facts been disclosed, then Modi would have been behind bars by now.

    Nathuram Godse the man who killed Mahatma Gandhiji was not expelled by the RSS. This is a made up rubbish story.
    He was uted for the crime by hanging.
    Gopal Godse his brother has stated that they both were RSS members at the time of Gandhiji's assassination.
