Rahul Gandhi booked for defaming RSS

Lucknow, March 12 (IANS): A defamation case was filed against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi for saying at a rally in Maharashtra March 6 that the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) killed Mahatma Gandhi.

The case was filed in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri district Tuesday.

The case, filed by Sanu Shukla, a lawyer and also the convenor of People for Legal Aid Society, contends that the investigative agencies and the Kapoor Commission had given a clean chit to the RSS from any direct or indirect role in the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi.

Shukla said the comments made by the Gandhi scion not only hurt him but were also far from truth and aimed at maligning the image of the Sangh parivaar.

    It's high time Rahul stopped uttering things without thinking. The moment he opens his mouth, his IQ level can be assessed. He has no intelligence whatsoever. God save the country if he becomes the PM. That will be the end of the great India.

    Our courts are flooded with defamation cases of politicians and of political parties!!! There are better things to be done..better cases to be fought where people really need justice... None of the parties have any work... Keep on maligning each other... Why can't politicians and political parties talk about the good they can do and the best that can be done instead of all the time pointing the opposite parties and wasting time on what the other party has not done... Please wake up people... None of the parties are worth discussing...

    I too hate RSS. But What moral right has this bloke got to point at others. His has Indianized his name Raul Vinci to Rahul Gandhi. His mom too is Antaino Maino to Sonia. Gandhi was just a surname change of Rahuls Grand father Feroze Khan to Feroz Gandhi. As long as stupid people live in this country, it is good going for this unethical scum.

    He had written some questions and had asked Rahul to invoke response from the crowd...by asking
    Do you say Yes Yes?...
    A page flew and the next one started from 'Are'....
    So Rahul said 'Are Yes Yes' and got booked!
    Rahul is really innocent. Don't book him.
