Nobody's slave; rethinking support to NDA: Baba Ramdev

New Delhi, Mar 14 (Agencies): Long known as an avid proponent of the “Modi wave”, Yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Friday made a spectacular U-turn, saying that he is nobody's slave and may rethink on his support to the NDA and the BJP.

“We are nobody's slave, there is no lack of options in politics. We have always said that our support is issue-based. Now there is a lot of gadbad in the NDA,” Ramdev said.

The founder of Haridwar-based Patanjali Yog Peeth, who has been spearheading a nationwide campaign against black money and corruption, said the NDA will have to “swear” that they will support him on the issue.

Among his other demands are single transaction tax and payment of a minimum income to farmers before the start of sowing.

“All this while they have only offered verbal support, they will now have to give in writing that they will act on our issues,” he added.

Ramdev's sudden outburst is surprising, to say the least, given the penchant with which he had been chanting “NaMo NaMo”.

A force in itself, the Patanjali Trust has lakhs, if not crores, of avid followers across the country. Ramdev had vowed to mobilise 50 crore voters across the country. This the Yoga guru said was to ensure that the BJP could get 300 seats.

Interestingly, Narendra Modi had accepted Ramdev's terms for support in January.

Baba Ramdev had then declared that an agreement was reached on various issues. In return, the Yoga guru had promised that he would send his followers to each home across the country to canvass support for the BJP.

RamDev's support or withdrawal will not make difference of even 1000 votes. Actually, he wants some government in the Centre who will not touch his unaccounted wealth.

This is the same Baba, who has a case against him for nonpayment of income tax. Same Baba, who ran away wearing ladies clothes to escape from police. In short same selfish Baba, who now smelt the defeat of Modi and saw the rising popularity of Kajeriwal. May be one fine day he will start praising Mr. Kajeriwal and try to join AAP. Children call him "Circus Baba".

This is the beginning. First of all Modi is not fit for PMs post. They should have tried Nitish Kumar, a more matured and more progressive thinking man. They let him out. Modi, mainly relies on his lies and false propaganda. RSS is promoting him because of his hardcore communal sentiments and they do not care for the development and betterment of the Country. They will fail miserably in their mission.

The high ambition of becoming PM is getting worse day by day.
As I told earlier, NDA will take over, but Narendra will not become PM. He is not qualified for the post. The PM's post is not a joke.
    NDA knows about this.
Modi doesn't know that he is being used. He will get a GPL at the end.
Now please do not ask me what is GPL.(G.nd Pe Lath).

Joyal are in your senses? Yeddy came and said he will start Gujarat type development. Then he started Gujarat type development in Karnataka. The first development he did is attacking churches, Catholic institutions, thus creating a terror in the minds of minorities. Now if you support Modi, just imagine what will be the outcome. Think man.

Don't trust and believe this "BABA" for his words at all...It's like a moving pendulum...once to the right and the next moment to the left..
...same way to your front or the reverse the next moment.

No stability at all. They should not enter politics from their business!!! (Crores of amassed unaccounted assets) and especially after the Ram Mandir Issue which is still ticking in their minds if BJP comes to power. Logically, it's not possible... given the numbers they are going to get!!!.

This is a new asana called ‘Tirugasana’. There will soon be an advanced form of it called ‘Punartirugasana’.

He had invented another asana in his fast in 2011 called ‘Striveshasana’. He wore salwar and jumped off the stage to escape the cops. But that is not funny. The funniest thing is before catching him at Ranjit Singh flyover around 3.40 am cops had still believed it was a lady and hence they let ‘her’ go.

Despite ‘her’ having a full black beard !
