Chittagang, May 16 : It is a big day for the two Asian teams, Nepal and Hong Kong. They are playing at the big stage for the first time ever. For most of the players, it will be an moment that they would never forget. Can the two teams actually match the occasion with a perfect contest as well? Hello, and a warm welcome to the second match of the day. Chittagong is the venue, and one hopes that the pitch rolled will be much better than what was seen in the tournament opener.
Coming to form, Hong Kong will enter the match with quiet confidence, having won both their practice matches. On the other hand, Nepal lost both their matches after showing some glimpse of their fighting ability. All that will not count for much on the actual match-day though.
Hong Kong have won the toss and have opted to field
Pitch Report: 'Excellent weather conditions. There is a healthy sprinkling of grass on the wicket, which is unusal in the sub-continent. If I win the toss, I will bowl first,' says Manjrekar.
Atkinson: 'I think the Abu Dhabi experience will add value to the side. We are going to have a bowl first. We'll try and keep them down to low score and chase it down.'
Khadka: 'It's pretty amazing, the support we got back home was fantastic. I don't think the wicket will change much in a space of 40 overs. Now we'll have to bat well first up.'
