Cloudy day ahead in Delhi


New Delhi, March 22 (IANS): Delhiites woke up to a pleasant Saturday morning. The Met Office has forecast a cloudy day.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 17.2 degree Celsius.

"The skies though clear in the morning, will turn cloudy noon onwards," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

Shallow fog was recorded early in the morning.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 33 degree Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 72 percent.

Friday's maximum temperature was recorded two notches above the season's average at 32.5 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature settled one notch below the season's average at 14.5 degrees Celsius.
