B-Town salutes Bhagat Singh, Rajguru on 83rd death anniversary


Mumbai, March 23 (IANS): Celebrities like Anupam Kher, Sudhir Mishra and Madhur Bhandarkar paid respects to the late Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Hari Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar - heroes of India's independence struggle - on their 83rd death anniversary Sunday.

The martyrs have been portrayed on the big screen several times. Some of the noted films include “Shaheed-E-Azam” (2002), “Shaheed” (2002), “The Legend of Bhagat Singh” (2002) and “Rang De Basanti” (2006).
