New Delhi, April 1 (IANS): Tired of reading endless frequently asked questions on the internet or waiting for a call centre executive to receive your call? Haptik, a new mobile app hopes to bail you out of your woes.
The smartphone application makes it as easy as sending a message and chatting directly with a real person - like SMS. It enables users to send messages to Haptik's in-house experts and get responses instantly - just like texting a friend, said a statement.
The app is co-founded by Aakrit Vaish, former director of app analytics company Flurry, India, and Swapan Rajdev. The idea came upon the two tech buffs for the lack of proper customer support.
Haptik has been launched on both the iOS and Android platforms with customer support for roughly 200 brands. The agents promise a solution to users' query in less than four minutes.
