Six killed in Pakistan road accident

Islamabad, April 12 (IANS): At least six people were killed and eight injured Saturday when a van overturned in Pakistan's Punjab province, media reports said.

The accident took place in the town of Sheikhupura, 35 km northwest of Lahore, when the van flipped over after its tyre burst, Dawn online reported.

The injured have been shifted to the hospital by rescue teams.
