High voting % age is definitely due to the Modi effect and BJP is the benificary.Whatever votes polled for AAP is also benifical to BJP.People have voted Modi throgh BJP candidate whoever or whatever their shortcomings.First time this has happened as people wanted a change at the centre under Modi.
