The 53-year-old lost control of her red hair as they got caught in a wind spell after a lunch date with a friend here April 19, reports dailymail.co.uk.
But Moore, who wore a pair of black trousers, a button-down shirt and a leather jacket, seemed to take it all in stride as she chatted on the phone and continued on her way.
