December 16 repeat : 13-yr-old critical after gangrape on moving bus

MP, Apr 21 (Agencies) : In a repeat of the horrific December 16 Delhi gangrape, a 13-year-old girl was on Sunday allegedly gangraped on a moving bus in Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh.
Though there was no official available to confirm the incident immediately, reports said the victim has been admitted to a hospital and that her condition is serious.

There is no official word on the number of accused involved in the gangrape, which is an eerie reminder of the rape of a 23-year-old woman on a moving bus in Delhi on December 16, 2012. Reports said that the police have arrested the driver of the bus in which the crime took place.

Does the below argument put you to think?

Two countries with very low reported rape cases are Thailand and Saudi Arabia.
Thailand has legalised prostitution so desperate man can have paid sex.
Saudi Arabia has strict laws where rape accused with minimum evidence against the culprit, is beheaded in public. This creates a very intense fear in any person who think of raping.

So India should adopt the policies either of these two countries. Of course the Saudi model will not work coz the judicial process is very slow law making itself will take years.
    Thailand model looks feasible.

INDIAN gov should follow Saudi rules... Either the culprits should be hanged or separate their head from their body in-front of public, public should see that and anymore no1 should dare to do such mistakes and exactly the law should dare to punish them immediately...

If they bring Saudi Rules also no use. In India the main problem is our courts and legal system. Even Killer or rapist will be enjoying his life by taking bail from our honorable courts. Please let me know Is there any bail system in your Saudi Airabia??????

When asked whom would protect women, many youngsters replied BJP.
Now BJP ruled states also are unable to protect, let alone maintain law & order as proven from many years in the states they rule as well.
The animal instinct under influence of drugs or alcohol is the cause of all these crimes against humanity than hoping that any politician would give protection to any other than his own.

    Well wisher, Udupi,

The reason why I advocate death sentence is that under the present judicial system these morons are not undergoing any such treatment mentioned in your comment above, instead they live a normal life inside the jail without any responsibility of self or others. God knows one day they may come out of jail on the pretext of their good behavior. Where is the justice to the victim here???

    Well wisher , Udupi,
Time has passed since December 16 incident but rapist haven't learnt any lesson out of that barbaric act.
There is neither fear of law nor god.
Just look at what happened to December 16 rapists..They were dealt by fast track court, were convicted, awarded death sentence long back but unfortunately morons are still alive and may get away with punishment one day.
As per my opinion in cases like this there should not be any chance to go to higher courts once they are convicted next day they should be hanged.
If they are dare enough to rape, the law should be dare enough to punish them immediately.

    Mr. Madhav,
I don't agree with the death sentence, as the culprits have no value for their own lives, they are ready to take the death sentence I'm sure, this will in fact motivate the ones that are ready to suicide committing such crimes, if you have little value to the victims life and you really want to a severe mental torture for the culprits then captivating is the best option.

According to Mulayam Singh Yadav, Rape is not crime, it's a mistake by boys. So, Mulayam should be hanged till death for supporting rapists.
