He was speaking after inaugurating the federation of Pragati Bandhu SHGs of Moodbelle-Padubelle area held at St Lawrence Church Hall of Moodbelle recently. Parish priest Fr Valerian D'Souza presided over the function. SKDRDP director Sitaram Shetty, Shirva ZP member George Jerald Fernandes, Belle GP president Saraswati, Udupi taluk Janajagruti Vedike vice-president Devdas Hebbar and Moodbelle St Lawrence High School head Fr Paul Sequeira were also present on the dais.
Pragati Bandhu SHG, Moodbelle federation president Chandrika Hebbar and Padubelle federation president Raghu Bangera were also present on the occasion.
SKDRDP in-charge Mahesh Kumar welcomed the gathering while project manager Savita D'Souza. Shakuntala Acharya proposed the vote of thanks and Babu B compered the programme.
