Los Angeles April 26 (IANS): Singer Katherine Jenkins is said to be "over the moon" ever since director Andrew Levitas popped the question to her earlier this month.
Levitas proposed to the opera singer during their trip to Hamptons, New York April 15, reports contactmusic.com
"Katherine is over the moon," said a source.
The 33-year-old singer thanked her fans for their wishes after news of her engagement first broke last weekend.
:Thank you for all your lovely wishes of congratulations. They mean so much to us," Jenkins posted on Twitter.
Jenkins was smitten with her beau, whom she met last October.
"She thinks Andrew is lovely, she hopes this one works out. They are literally joined at the hip at the moment and spending all of their time together," added the source.
