Heroin seized from passenger at Pakistan airport


Islamabad, April 29 (IANS): Security officers at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport in Islamabad arrested a passenger Tuesday for possessing 1.5 kg of heroin, a media report said.

The passenger was caught by security personnel when they checked his luggage at the Anti-Narcotics Forces (ANF) counter, Dawn online reported.

According to officials, the passenger was going to Dubai from where he was to fly to London.
