Kundapur: DMK MP E G Sugavanam visits Shree Venkatramana temple

Kundapur, Apr 30: E G Sugavanam, DMK MP from Krishnagiri constituency of Tamilnadu and his family visited Kundapur Shree Pete Venkatraman temple on Monday evening, April 28 and invoked the deity’s blessings.

Speaking to reporters in Kannada on the occasion he said that he was an MLA once and MP twice and has sincerely served the people.  “I have not contested the elections this time.  DMK will record resounding victory in Tamilnadu and will support the government of third front at the center, he said.  Now that we have visited Kollur temple, we will be returning after visiting Dharmastala temple on Tuesday, he said.



Sugavanam is the president of Krishnagiri district vigilance and monitoring committee, member of Standing committee of energy, member of road transport and highway ministry’s guidance committee and member of silk committee of the ministry of textiles.

He was accompanied by his wife Hamsaveni, daughter Angam and son Suryan.

Temple managing trustee Radhakrishna Shenoy, Padmanabha Shenoy, Keshava Bhat, Ramesh Mallya, Prakash Mallya, 
Akshay Shenoy and Sukhananda Shenoy were present.

Priests Arun Bhat, Satyamorthi Bhat, Lalithanatha Bhat, Jayadev Bhat and Rohandas Bhat conducted the programme of
