iBerry to launch smartphone 'Auxus Nuclea X'


New Delhi, April 30 (IANS): Technology company iBerry said it will launch a new smartphone named "Auxus Nuclea X" next week that would be sold exclusively through e-commerce portal eBay.

The new phone is priced at Rs.12,990 and the company claimed it is the cheapest in its segment. 

"The launch is set on May 5, 2014 and it will be available for booking exclusively on ebay.in," iBerry said in a statement.

"Auxus Nuclea X would be the cheapest Octa Core ever launched in the Indian market," it said. "The smartphones would be backed up by over 400 service centers across India."

Auxus Nuclea X - Octa Core powered Dual SIM device comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory which is further expandable upto 64GB. 

Gaming powered by ARM Mali-450 Multi-Core GPU on a 5" HD 720p Full Lamination OGS Display. Nuclea X that runs on Android 4.2.2 comes with a 2800mah Li-ion battery while the rear camera is of 13MP and front camera is of 8MP.

Auxus Nuclea X also embraces software enhancements such as Intelligent Voice Assistant, Discreet Display Floating Notifications, Shake to Trigger App, Draw to Open App utilities and Gesture Controls.

"It always been our objective to provide the Indian consumers the taste of powerful Android at an economical cost and this Octa Core powered Auxus Nuclea X priced at Rs.12,990 would confidently make it the only best choice for consumers at its price point," the company statement said.
