Dust storm likely in Delhi


New Delhi, May 5 (IANS): It was a hot, sunny Monday in Delhi with a minimum temperature of 26.0 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast dust storms in some areas of the city.

"The sky will become partly cloudy with dust storm in some parts of the city," said an India Meteorological Department official.

The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 39 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 49 percent.

Sunday's maximum and minimum temperature was recorded a notch above the season's average at 39.7 and 24.5 degrees Celsius respectively.
