Mangalore, Jun 25: A post graduate from Davangere based JJM Medical College, Dr Vivian Mendonca will be visiting Toronto in Canada in August 2006 to present a paper at the International AIDS Convention.
The International AIDS Society (IAS) in Geneva and the AIDS 2006 Toronto Local Host in Toronto have organized the conference ‘AIDS 2006’ which will be held between August 13 to 18.
Vivian’s scientific paper was selected out of the 13,000 scientific papers submitted from all over the world. It will also be published on www.aids2006.org in August 06.
Vivian will present his scientific paper on ‘HIV/AIDS Awareness Among Nursing Students’ prepared under the guidance of Dr Githalakshmi.
Vivian is the son of Vincent Mendonca and Mabel Mendonca of Mangalore.
