New Delhi, May 5 (IANS): A 23-year-old girl and her two male friends were arrested for killing her father due to his repeated sexual assaults on her, police said Monday.
Kulvinder Kaur alias Nikki and her friends, identified as Prince Sandhu (22) and Ashok Sharma(23), were arrested separately within a week of the murder.
Kulvinder killed her 56-year-old father Daljeet Singh with the help of her friends and dumped his body near a canal in Khayala area of west Delhi. The body was recovered April 30.
Additional Commissioner of Police Ranvir Singh said: "Kaur confessed to killing her father because she was being repeatedly assaulted by her father after the death of her mother three years ago".
"Kaur killed her father in their house on the intervening night of April 29-30," said the official.
