Speeding tempo traveller runs over divider at Bondel

Mangalore, May 17: A speeding tempo traveller lost control and went over the divider near the new Daijiworld corporate office in Bondel here on Saturday May 17.


The driver of the tempo failed to notice a city bus coming to a halt at the bus stop, and as he came closer to the bus, in order to avoid collision, he veered the vehicle to the wrong side of the road, thus causing the vehicle to hit a streetlight and go over the divider.

The tempo traveller belonged to Jet Airways.

The driver escaped from the spot soon after the accident. 

No one was injured in the accident, however, the tempo traveller was damaged and so also the streetlight.
