Clear day ahead in Delhi


New Delhi, May 21 (IANS): The national capital will experience a clear Wednesday and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 38 degrees Celsius, said the Met Office.

"The sky will be mainly be clear today," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The day's minimum temperature settled two notches below the season's average at 24.8 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature Tuesday was recorded at 39.2 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 26.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
