Babbar Khalsa terrorist arrested for robbery in Delhi

New Delhi, May 23 (IANS): A Babbar Khalsa terrorist was arrested here for robbing a diamond merchant, police said Friday.

Police said Avtar Singh was a member of a robbers' gang who used to target jewellers in Delhi. Six members of the gang have already been arrested. 

Avtar Singh, arrested from central Delhi Thursday evening, was involved in over 15 terrorism related cases in Punjab, police said.
