Anukriti to flaunt Agarvwal's designs at Miss Asia Pacific World


New Delhi, May 23 (IANS): Anukriti Gosain, who will represent India at Miss Asia Pacific World 2014, will be seen in apparel designed by Raakesh Agarvwal.

The pageant will take place in Seoul, South Korea May 31. 

Anukriti will wear two gold gowns, a cocktail sari and a bodysuit from the designer’s new collection for the main event. 

"Anukriti is wearing four outfits from my latest collection. The look is bold yet glamorous, something that she carries off effortlessly with her stunning persona,” Agarvwal told IANS.

A National Institute of Fashion Technology alumnus, Raakesh has showcased his work in international cities earlier too. With focus on glamour and intricately constructed clothes, he has been a part of international events like Miami Fashion Week (2009), Paris Tranoi (2009) and St.Andrew’s Charity Fashion Show in Scotland (2008 and 2009).
