Doha, July 7: The Charter ceremony of a new toastmasters club is an exciting event for the members of that club.  For Konkan Toastmasters, who celebrated their Charter Night it was not just excitement, there was also a sense of accomplishment after successfully having completed one year of existence.

To celebrate this important milestone and to give an opportunity for the members and their families to meet outside the club environment, the Executive Committee along with their Sponsor and Mentors decided to organize a special evening to celebrate the official launching of the club and to install the newly elected Executive Committee for 2006 – 07. Another accomplishment for this fledging club was release of the Club’s Newsletter “Imprint”.
