Sushma Swaraj takes charge as external affairs minister


New Delhi, May 28 (IANS): Sushma Swaraj Wednesday took charge as India's new external affairs minister.

Swaraj, who was received by Foreign Secretary Sujatha Singh and other ministry officials, smiled and waved at journalists present at the ministry.
