Rain halts India-Bangladesh ODI match


Mirpur (Bangladesh), June 15 (IANS): Heavy rain has stopped the India-Bangladesh One-Day International (ODI) being played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium here Sunday.

Chasing Bangladesh's total of 272/9, India were batting at 100/1 in 16.4 overs with Ajinkya Rahana and Cheteshwar Pujara on 46 not out and 0 not out respectively when rain halted play.

This is the first ODI of the three-match series.
