Rain stops India-Bangladesh ODI for third time


Mirpur (Bangladesh), June 19 (IANS): The third and final One-Day International (ODI) between India and Bangladesh at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium here has been interrupted by rain for the third time Thursday.

India were batting at 119/9 in 34.2 overs when the skies opened up with Stuart Binny and Umesh Yadav batting at 25 and 0, respectively. The match was reduced to a 40-over per side affair after the second rain delay.

The visitors have an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.
