Mangalore, Jul 30: One of the colleges of Mangalore which is always buzzing with activities is St Aloysius College.

The activities of the All India Catholic University Federation (AICUF) in St Aloysius College were formally inaugurated recently.

 

Corrine A Rasquinha of White Doves was the chief guest of the function. Speaking on the occasion Corrine emphasized on the virtue of charity among youth.

Fr Eugene Lobo, principal of the college, who presided over the function, stressed on the value of love and kindness towards the poor and underprivileged. He observed that the number of youth attending the church is gradually decreasing.

The main attraction of the programme was a power point presentation depicting the significance of mercy and compassion towards humanity.

The others present for the function were Prof Manuel Tauro, president and Clinton Rodrigues, secretary of the AICUF.
