Errani-Vinci win Wimbledon women's doubles title


London Jul 6 (IANS): Italians Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci completed a doubles career Grand Slam when they beat Timea Babos of Hungary and Frenchwoman Kristina Mladenovic in the women's doubles final at the All England Club here Saturday.

The Italian No.2 seeds won 6-1, 6-3 under the roof on Centre Court in just 56 minutes, reports Xinhua.

Prior to the Wimbledon triumph, the Italians have already claimed two Australian Open titles (2013, 2014), one French Open title (2012) and one US Open title (2012).
