Mangalore, Aug 2: The city has been witnessing several protests rallies in the last one week. Various organizations have organized a number of protest meets, rallies etc in the last week. Continuing on the same vein, Wednesday August 2 witnessed another protest rally. It was organized by Sri Ram Sene.
The Sri Ram Sene activists gathered in front of the deputy commissioner’s office and staged protest. They condemned the recent damage to serpent idol at Dhoomavati Temple at Kudroli, arrest of its leaders from Arya Samaj premises etc.
The activists also demanded the arrest of Divyarani murder and Akshata murder accused at the earliest.
Sri Ram Sene state convener Praveen Walke, district convener Sudhakar Adyar, state co-convener Prasad Attavar etc were present on the occasion.
