New Delhi, July 10 (IANS): The government will launch a national-level multi-skill programme, Skill India, to impart training in traditional professions like welding, carpentry and others, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said Thursday.

“This programme would skill the youth with an emphasis on employability and entrepreneur skills.
